Award-winning goat and cow milk cheese made by a family-run farm in Enosburg Falls, Vermont. 

From top to bottom:

  • Eleven Brothers, 4oz - Award-winning goat milk tomme style cheese named after the farm's eleven brothers!  It's buttery, tangy, and nutty all at once.

Milk: Pasteurized Goat
Rennet: Microbial Rennet
Age: 4 to 6 months

  • Trés Bonne, 4oz - Award-winning waxed rind goat milk cheese, reminiscent of a young gouda with its semi-hard lactic, caramel notes.

Age: 2 to 5 months

  • Gisele, 4oz - Award-winning alpine-style cheese washed with a spiced apple cider named after the family's mother, Gisele.  Nutty, crystalline, delicious.
