Vestine can help her family in many ways with her weaving income: buying clothes for herself and her siblings, food for the family, and paying for national health insurance, to name a few. She also is saving through several savings groups and at the bank. Vestine's dream is to set aside enough capital from weaving to start a small business selling in the city market. All of our woven bowls are created from dyed natural sisal fibers woven over a core of forest grasses. The weavers begin in the middle of the bowl, carefully threading the sisal around and around to create this beautiful design. The tea color is created when the naturally-white sisal fibers are steeped in Rwandan-grown tea leaves!
The Handcrafted Details
- Limited edition Boutique Collection designs are made in small batches and will not be remade.
- Each woven bowl has a loop on the back for hanging- the family set looks stunning when displayed on a wall.
- Each woven bowl comes with a tag containing a bit of information about the artisan group that made it.
- Our hand woven bowls are crafted from natural sisal fibers threaded over a core of locally-gathered forest grasse.
- Artisans work 1-2 days to weave a small bowl and 2-3 days to weave a medium bowl.
- Dimensions: small bowl 7" d, medium bowl 12" d.
- Care: Wipe with a dry cloth.

- Order must be over $50 to qualify for free U.S. ground shipping (may not be available for some international orders) on all Goodland products
- No coupon code required. Shipping amount will be automatically deducted at checkout.

Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions
Some vendors may discontinue service to any region at any time without notice, we will reach out to you and provide a refund if your order is affected.
Packages to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped by air or priority, and normally arrive within 2-3 business days.
US Military & Diplomatic Addresses
We ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations! Your order will arrive via USPS but arrival may be delayed based on location. Note that no tracking number will be provided.
International Addresses
We do ship internationally. Prices are calculated at checkout and range based upon location. Changes and updates to cost may occur, we will notify you of the changes at the time of order. We will do everything possible to keep your costs low.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
